Once your move-in funds have been paid, you will receive an email on the day of your move-in between 9:00–9:15 AM with the subject line “Key Pickup Schedule for Your Move-In.”

Your lease officially begins at 10:00 AM.

The email will include important details such as:

Instructions on how to access your home
Your mailbox number and location (if available)
HOA information (if applicable and available)
Additional move-in instructions and helpful details

We send several emails with important information to help ensure you are fully prepared for your move-in and understand the process.

Although it may seem like a lot to read, these emails will answer most of the questions you may have.

You will also receive information regarding:

Move-in inspection instructions
How to submit maintenance requests
A link to the Resident Help Page with resources and helpful information
A Zinspector email containing your tenant username and password for completing your move-in inspection

Please submit this within 3 days. It should be completed while the property is still empty and is intended to protect you at move-out.

Maintenance requests can be submitted for items that require attention, such as:

Repairs or items that are not functioning properly
Issues that affect the health or safety of the home

Please note:

Maintenance requests are not for cosmetic items, as the property is rented as-is and cosmetic items do not affect the health or safety of the home.

You will also receive follow-up emails from our team during your tenancy, including:

A 1-week check-in email after your move-in
Information regarding landscaping responsibilities
HVAC system guidance
Air filter replacement reminders
Pest control information
Additional helpful reminders and resources
